We hired SK Remodeling to gut rehab our bathroom -- and we are so glad we did! Our bungalow was built in 1914 and has had some questionable renovations through the years, but Samir and his team fixed everything as they went along to make sure the end result was nothing less than perfect! Their attention to detail was impeccable, and Samir's aesthetic ideas were so welcome. Samir and his team are truly masters of their craft -- we have so many more projects we will be hiring them for!
SK remodeling completely gutted and remodeled my upstairs bathroom and refinished my hardwood floors throughout my 104 year old house. The overall theme of this remodel was respect. Samir respected my wife and I and our very busy schedule and had utmost respect for our home. His work is impeccable and incredibly detail oriented. He completed this heavy amount of work in just 3 weeks and stuck to his timeline and our budget, while still managing to address many other odds and ends around our house that I threw at him. At the end of each day they took the time to sweep the floor and my wife and I could barely even tell work was being done. In the end our house looks beautiful and I would not change a thing. I plan on using Samir again for every project we have, and I truly can say that unlike the horror stories you hear so often, I trust Samir like a family member.

Samir and his crew are excellent craftsmen that understand the project and what’s required to do the job right. They have an excellent eye for detail and execute the vision of the project perfectly. Samir keeps a job schedule and sticks to that schedule. If he tells you he is going to be there he is. He is able to work a broad spectrum of houses from new construction to 100 year old vintage homes. Wouldn’t use another contractor for our work. They are great, honest and enjoyable to work with. I have used SK Remodeling for 3 major construction projects in the last 10 years- an entire kitchen remodel, a dormer addition, and a full roof tear off.
