S&K Remodeling and Decorating is hands down the best contractor in the Chicago area. We have known Samir for over 16 years, 2 house rehabs and office rehab and countless projects over the years. Samir and his crew are excellent craftsmen that understand the project and what’s required to do the job right. They have an excellent eye for detail and execute the vision of the project perfectly. Samir keeps a job schedule and sticks to that schedule. If he tells you he is going to be there he is. He is able to work a broad spectrum of houses from new construction to 100 year old vintage homes. Wouldn’t use another contractor for our work. They are great, honest and enjoyable to work with. True professionals. They are the best!
